{Sugar Bee} Cup O' Joe Sugar Cookies

A couple of weeks ago my son's teacher reached out to parents looking for coffee themed items to include in a basket that is to be auctioned at a school event. One of the items they needed was "fancy cookies".....well I don't know if my cookies are exactly fancy, but I knew I could make coffee themed sugar cookies. So after much thought and research, I was inspired by Cookies with Character and her coffee mug cookies. They are just so happy and cute, so I used my inner Sugarbelle and altered a cookie cutter that I already had to create some fun Cup O' Joe sugar cookies! I don't know about you, but now I want a nice warm cup of coffee!
